Can I wash my Overeasy?
Yes! Both Mountain and Lifestyle HoodEs are made of faux fur (never real fur!) and can be machine washed cold and tumble dried low. Once you wash your HoodE, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
Why is there some extra fuzz on my HoodE?
Along with super cozy material comes a little bit of extra fluff. While our team works hard to ensure as much excess fuzz is captured before it's bagged up, sometimes they miss a little. Please hang in there if you experience any initial shedding and know that it's not a sign of faulty faux fur and will settle with a little bit of shaking, lint rolled and maybe even vacuuming.
What do I do if the cord comes out of my HoodE?
Sometimes daily wear and tear will cause the adjustable cords of your Lifestyle or Mountain HoodE to come out of your HoodE, especially if you have misplaced your cord stops. This is not the mark of a faulty product but instead something that can happen due to the smooth nature of the fabric and the sometimes slick cords. What's the difference between the Mountain HoodE and the Lifestyle HoodE?
The Mountain HoodE has a built-in face panel that makes it great for outdoor activity as it allows you to adjust as necessary. The Mountain HoodE can also fit over a helmet to keep you cozy all day long. The Lifestyle HoodE is finished with leather cords and metal accents to make it the perfect every-day winter accessory.
Do you make different sizes?
All our HoodEs are unisex and one size fits most. Our adjustable hoods make it so they are suitable for any sized head! Our Mountain HoodEs are helmet compatible
Can I return or exchange a HoodE?
Yes, you can return or exchange any unworn HoodE within 30 days of purchase.

As a small business with small margins, we are not in the position to provide refunds on shipping costs in either direction.
